The Franklin Party
In the fall of 2008, Brian Boeheim became so frustrated with the failures of
our two party system, he dared to see another way. He saw a third political
party as the third leg of the stool, stabilizing and supporting the legislative
process. In order to get his message out he decided to write a book about
a young man and his father, and their unexpected journey through the
founding of the Franklin Party. The innocent and straightforward questions
of a sixteen year old boy ignited their neghborhood, and then their state,
into a political firestorm that eventually becomes a political phenomenon.
What started as a parable has evolved into a political platform and a
movement back to our roots as a Democratic Republic with a foundation
of Capitalism and Ownership.
